Her reports are impartial, defensible, and objective, adhering to the highest standards of professional methodology, analysis, independence, and ethics. All appraisals comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the International Society of Appraisers (ISA), and IRS guidelines.
Fees are determined by the scope of the engagement, are never contingent on appraised values, and fully adhere to the ethical standards set forth by USPAP and ISA. A written scope of work and fee proposal will be provided before any engagement begins.
